The Jubilee Partnership is comprised of partners Kosmos Energy Ghana HC, Tullow Oil Ghana PLC, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, EO Group, Sabre Oil and Gas, and the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation. The Jubilee Development area crosses two lease blocks, the Deep Water Tano Block which is operated by Tullow Oil and the West Cape Three Points Block which is operated by Kosmos Energy. An Integrated Project Team (IPT) with membership from all three major partners was formed to lead the execution and delivery of the development system.

This development is comprised of production wells, water injection wells, and gas injection wells tied-in via subsea infrastructure (manifolds and riser bases) to a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO). The water depth across the Jubilee Field area varies from 900m to 1,700m.
