CTI provided engineering and construction management personnel to be part of Lloyd's Register Technical Services Pipeline Integrity Team. These personnel provided project engineering support and technical expertise for BP's Mardi Gras Pipeline System, which included the Okeanos Gas Gathering System, the Proteus Oil Pipeline System, and the Endymion Oil Pipeline System in the Mississippi Canyon area of the Gulf of Mexico and the Caesar Oil Pipeline System and Cleopatra Gas Gathering System in the Southern Green Canyon area of the Gulf of Mexico.

CTI personnel assisted the Lloyd's Register Technical Services Pipeline Integrity Team by performing the following tasks as they relate to pipeline integrity issues:

• Created detailed dossiers on operators' assets, including information and specifications relating to their design, fabrication and installation
• Assessed the risk and reliability of all entailed assets via risk matrix methodology, and thereby determined the inspection and maintenance routines required for safe and reliable operations
• Provided technical support to BP in the development of the inspection strategy for both the existing and the new Oil and Gas Pipeline Systems

CTI engineering staff continued as members of the Lloyd's Register Technical Services Pipeline Integrity Team during the installation and testing of subsequent pipeline laterals and tie-ins, as well as during the initial operation of the current Mardi Gras Pipelines System.
