The Armadillo Project is a suite of projects to reclaim an MAOP of 750 psig on three (3) Tennessee Gas Pipelines in East Texas and Northwest Louisiana. This Value Added Project involved the replacement of sections of pipeline, hydrostatic testing of existing sections of pipeline and the installation of regulator valves and actuators at two (2) mainline valve sites.

CTI provided the Armadillo's Project Manager for the project. Working in the El Paso Houston office, the CTI Project Manager performed the following tasks for the completion of twelve (12) smaller projects included within the overall project:

• Identified and requisitioned permanent materials for the project
• Wrote project scope of work and assisted in the evaluation and selection of contractors
• Assisted in the selection of the project inspection staff
• Wrote and administered the project's Hazardous Operations Plans
• Reported progress and cost to El Paso management on a daily and monthly basis
