Chevron will be installing two (2) miles of 12-in pipeline to connect the existing 12-in Chevron pipeline from the Eugene Island 361A Platform and a 14-in Apache pipeline to the 20-in Shell pipeline of the Eugene Island Pipeline System. The new pipeline will connect to existing subsea tie-ins in Eugene Island 316.
CPL has requested CTI to perform various engineering and project management responsibilities for this project including the following activities:

Provide a Class 2 Cost Estimate to establish appropriate funding

Provide a Phase 2 Schedule

Provide a Hazard Survey Scope of Work with specifications

Provide an RFQ package for the Installation Contract and assist in the review and evaluation of the proposals

Provide a BOEMRE permit application, including all appropriate calculations, drawings and safety schematic

Assist in developing Pipeline Integrity Evaluation Plan

Perform detailed design engineering including route selection, crossing evaluation, cathodic protection, global expansion analysis for tie-in spool design and all applicable drafting
