Chevron will be installing two (2) miles of 12-in pipeline to connect the existing 12-in Chevron pipeline from the Eugene Island 361A Platform and a 14-in Apache pipeline to the 20-in Shell pipeline of the Eugene Island Pipeline System. The new pipeline will connect to existing subsea tie-ins in Eugene Island 316.

CPL has requested CTI to perform various engineering and project management responsibilities for this project including the following activities:

• Provide a Class 2 Cost Estimate to establish appropriate funding
• Provide a Phase 2 Schedule
• Provide a Hazard Survey Scope of Work with specifications
• Provide an RFQ package for the Installation Contract and assist in the review and evaluation of the proposals
• Provide a BOEMRE permit application, including all appropriate calculations, drawings and safety schematic
• Assist in developing Pipeline Integrity Evaluation Plan
• Perform detailed design engineering including route selection, crossing evaluation, cathodic protection, global expansion analysis for tie-in spool design and all applicable drafting
