The Ca Ngu Vang (CNV) Project consisted of the installation of one (1) 10” production pipeline and one (1) 10” water injection pipeline, each approximately 25 kilometers long, in approximately 150 feet of water in the South China Sea, offshore Vietnam. The pipelines tied-in to the new CNV wellhead platform and to the CPP3-RB platform in the Bach Ho Field with fixed risers. The 10" production pipeline converted to risers via tie-in spools with thermal expansion loops.

CTI engineering personnel provided complete pipeline, tie-in spool and riser design and drawings during the FEED through the detailed design phases of the CNV Field Development Project to EDG for the Hoan Vu Joint Operating Company and Vietsovpetro. In addition to the detailed engineering design of the pipelines and risers, CTI performed the following additional engineering and construction management services:

• Prepared technical specifications for pipeline materials, pipeline installation and offshore pipeline surveying operations
• Prepared requests for quotation packages for line pipe, pipe coating, bends and all other pipeline equipment
• Provided technical bid reviews of vendor data for all equipment associated with the pipeline
• Provided on-site consulting at kick-off meetings for the pipe coating and pipeline installation contractors
• Provided consulting services for offshore construction management
