CTI provided engineering and project management personnel to be integrated into El Paso Corporation's Louisiana Deepwater Link Project Management Team. CTI personnel provided project engineering and construction management support for the subsea pipeline installation portion of the project in which newly installed offshore pipeline segments linked the West Delta Block 68 Enterprise platform with an existing platform in Louisiana offshore waters.

CTI engineering and project management personnel performed the following tasks during the pre- construction portion of the project:

• Interfaced with the FEED contractor with respect to constructability of design
• Assisted with the development of tender documents for the procurement of key project materials
• Developed the tender documents for the onshore fabrication and offshore construction of the new 24" and 20" pipelines

Following project sanction, CTI engineering and construction management personnel continued as members of the El Paso Louisiana Deepwater Link Project Installation Team during the execution of the pipeline installation work scope. CTI tasks included the management of pre-mobilization fabrication activities, pre-mobilization project engineering and planning activities, contractor evaluation and selection, and the execution and completion of actual offshore construction activities.
