CTI personnel were integrated into the pre-commissioning team for the GDF Suez-Neptune Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) deep water port located approximately ten (10) miles off the coast of Gloucester, Massachusetts. Once complete, the Neptune project will be capable of providing 400-750 million cubic feet of gas to the rapidly growing New England region.

CTI personnel provided project management and engineering support required for the testing, dewatering, and drying of the pipeline prior to receiving its first shipment of LNG. CTI engineering and project management personnel performed the following functions as they related to subsea commissioning activities:

• Procedure development for testing, dewatering, caliper pigging, drying, methanol injection, and gas venting operations
