Tennessee Gas Pipeline (TGP) designed, fabricated, and installed four (4) new riser guards on its central gathering platform in Ship Shoal Block 198. These riser guards were installed to protect four (4) active, high pressure natural gas pipeline risers.

CTI assisted the TGP Team by performing the following tasks:

• Preparation of initial internal project forms and reports
• Preparation of project cost estimates
• Preparation of RFQs for installation and fabrication contractors
• Review of contractor bids
• Provided technical input into installation and fabrication contractor award decisions
• Preparation and management of third party contracts
• Development of hazardous operations plans
