In March 2009, Enbridge proposed various pipeline redirect options to their Starfish Pipeline Company partners due to abandonment of the 30" Columbia Gulf pipeline in the West Cameron area. The 30" pipeline was a common link to several pipelines (including a 10", 12", 16", and 24" pipeline) which were to be reconnected and the product flow redirected.
CTI was requested to provide drafting support on a total of five (5) proposal sketches including subsea tie-in assemblies and area layouts of the redirected pipelines.
