
As a result of the passage of Hurricane Gustav in 2008, Enbridge sustained damage to its Stingray 20" Pipeline in the VR 321 area of the Gulf of Mexico. A 2,500-foot section of damaged pipeline was removed and a replacement section of pipeline was installed and connected to the existing pipeline utilizing mechanical connectors and tie-in spools.

At the request of the Enbridge Pipeline Repair Project Team, CTI engineering and project management personnel performed the following tasks during the planning and execution phases of the repair of this damaged pipeline:
