During the execution of any project, CTI provides procurement personnel that will be responsible for the purchasing, expediting, transportation, traceability and overall material management for all project related purchases. This group will gather specifications and project requirements necessary to issue the requests for proposals and quotations. Further correspondence and evaluation of the vendor's submissions are carried out to ascertain the quality and costs associated with the purchase and ultimately making an award recommendation. Additionally, this group maintains detailed logs of transportation times, costs, and locations.

Working closely with the design and construction team allows this group to provide cost-effective equipment to predetermined locations in a timely fashion.
