Williams Field Services, LLC – Whale Export Pipeline Project – Gulf of Mexico

Williams Field Services is developing both the Oil Export Pipeline and Gas Export Pipeline from the proposed Shell Whale FPU located in the ultra deepwater Alaminos Canyon area of the Gulf of Mexico.  The 18-inch OD Gas Export Pipeline initiates with a PLET in Aliminos Canyon 730 and extends approximately 26-miles to a subsea tie-in to the existing Williams Perdido pipeline.  The 18-inch OD Gas Export Pipeline initiates with a PLEM located in Alaminos Canyon 730 and extends apprimately 125-miles to the Galveston Area A-244 platform and includes a conventional riser.  Produced oil and gas will export the Whale FPU via Shell owned Steel Catenary Risers (SCRs) and tie-in to the Williams PLEMs vis subsea ridgid jumpers.

CTI was subcontracted to perform both FEED and DE for the above described pipelines
