(CTI) has Materials Management personnel available who are responsible for the purchasing, expediting, transporting, tracing, and overall managing of all project related purchases. Our group ensures that technical and engineering standards are maintained, gathers specifications and project requirements necessary to issue Request for Quotations (RFQs), and coordinates bidder communications and clarifications during the bid process to maximize the quality and accuracy of incoming proposals.

CTI can also the assist the Client’s Supply Chain Department to ensure equipment and materials are packaged and transported in accordance with project requirements. Additionally, the Materials group can provide purchase expediting reports regarding transportation times, costs, and locations. The Materials group work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure delivery of cost-effective equipment in a timely fashion.
