We have proudly worked without incident since our founding in 2004. CTI’s commitment to protecting the environment and the health and safety of every person in connection with a project begins with sound engineering principles to ensure robust designs. This is followed up with our construction management and field services, where materials and workmanship are inspected to certify strict compliance with project requirements. Finally, CTI participates in the construction and installation of projects where each individual understands they are accountable for the performance and safety of their work.
HSE Practices
- CTI has been without incident or injury since opening our doors in 2004.
- Each kick-off or internal meeting tables a safety topic to remind our personnel, colleagues, and clients that safety is first and foremost.
- Personal Protective Equipment is provided to all personnel when entering a work site.
Throughout the lifecycle of a project, each and every CTI team member is authorized to stop any facet of the work should there be any concern of a safety or environmental hazard. Whoever stops the work participates in an identification / mitigation program prior to resuming. Stoppage of work never results in disciplinary action. CTI’s management does not view its successful record as a finishing line, but rather remains vigilant in creating improvements to its policies, designs, methods, and culture to continue exceeding expectations.
