CTI’s proven interface professionals create value in projects with their early identification of gaps and proactive work to draw closure to open items that would otherwise create project delays. CTI’s experienced team of risk management professionals works in tandem with project teams to identify and assess risks. Risk assessment sessions are conducted in order to identify potential risks and quantify their impacts. Risk impacts are graded on several criteria, including impact on project cost, project schedule, personnel safety, environmental impact, and public perception of the operating company. Once our risk management professionals have processed the data, a risk matrix is created with all high to medium risks identified. We then work collectively with the project team members to create robust, innovative solutions to mitigate these risks. Periodic reports are issued to project management illustrating the status of each project risk and, if suitable mitigation exists, to allow progress.
